National Relief Manager – Office Angels – Louth

We are recruiting for a Relief Manager who will be based away from home working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week who will be directly responsible to the Operations Director for all operational aspects across all facilities. The right candidate will be fully trained in all aspects of the role to allow them to cover all sicknesses/Holiday periods delegated by the Operations Director and the ideal industries for this role would be Hospitality, Police or Military. This will ensure the provision of a smoothly-run, high quality service which conforms in all respects with current status, local authority regulations will be taught along with guidelinesAs the National Relief ManagerTo cover/support any facility that requires support, this will include working away. This will often occur at short notice so flexibility is a must.To interchange rolls on request which is incredibly varied .To assist with the opening of new facilities and snagging lists.To cover all sites (including the Southern region) if emergency cover is required.Additional duties will be discussed at interviewAs the National Relief Manager we are looking for the following attributes.Ability to communicate effectively in a sensitive, compassionate and confidential manner with customers in person or on the telephone and display a customer-focused approach to service delivery.Ability to communicate effectively with staff, to organise and prioritise workloads and to lead, motivate, develop and train staff.You will need to be a passionate about service excellence, people and show an empathetic and calm nature.Ability to work as a member of a team in any role.Ability to follow established statutory and office procedures.Excellent proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate records in legible script and with the use of IT systems services.Numeracy skills sufficient to monitor budgets and deal with cash handling, recording and banking.High level of IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience using a bespoke administrative system would be welcome.As the National Relief Manager you will have OUT OF HOURS RESPONSIBILITIES including the belowMay be required to assist with the opening of new sites.Out of Hours responsibilities during the week but no weekend working.Once successful as the National Relief Manager you will receive complete autonomy, 60 pence per mile, £125 allowance per day for food and accommodation, full training, holidays and pensionOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
